Overall, the staffs were pretty nice. Room was nice too. Just the cockroach is a no from us.

Good location! Near a lot of shopping places as well in case if you needed to buy last minute stuffs! Pretty easy to get a cab here too. There is a lift so we don’t have to lug the luggage up. Staff can speak in Chinese when we couldn’t fully communicate with each other in English or Korean so that’s a plus bonus for us.

We generally loved the room and our stay here but this part is a dealbreaker for us. Had 2 cockroaches in our room on the 2nd night which is really a no-no for us. Called the hotel staff to help us cause we were freaking out (sorry, our biggest fear is cockroach so we don’t have any pictures of them lol) Staff came with the insect spray to kill the cockroach, that’s it and he was about to leave. Asked if he could at least clear the body of the cockroach or something, he said he can’t do it, we had to wait for the cleaning service on the next day when they start work at 9am. Btw one ran under our bed, he spammed the spray around the bed so we’re taking it as dead but honestly we don’t know if it really is or anything. Almost wanted to change hotel but it was too late at night so we just beared with it. Have informed the staff in advance to please have the cleaning staff clean up our room the first moment they reach work lol. Checked in the next day with another lobby staff and they said they noted from the staff (who killed the cockroach) about this and will thoroughly clean the room. Also, one of the lights were flickering and there was a little static sound but after awhile it stopped so all is good.

3 nights stay

Convenient location, near Emart for last minute shopping, and near 7-11 and CU convenience stores. Also near lots of restaurants, as well as Macdonalds and Burger King for those who wants junk. Bus stop is nearby which goes directly to the airport, and to downtown Jeju. Use Naver or Kakao map to navigate. Staff speak simple English / Chinese, and are helpful. Each bed has a charging port and plug type G friendly, so doesn't need universal travel adapter for this. Freezer works excellently. Has nespressor machine for those who likes coffee.

Would be great to have more hangers, just personal preference. Otherwise there are 3 hangers which is reasonable :)

great, but dirty bathroom

I love that it’s close to the airport, and they have a tub. good value

For the value of the price I would stay here again and again! However, I came to the hotel because they have a tub. I actually live on the island and even though they had one, it was dirty. Like it hasn’t been clean. I had to wipe around the tub because their was black dirt around it like someone used it before. There was also hair in the drain that came back up.

Helpful staff with great location!p

Staff were very helpful, helping me to operate the car lift. Most of them are able to speak Englinsh. Room was big. Location was convenient, right next to Mcdonalds and convenience store. Limited parking opposite the hotel but more parking available in the hotel via car lifts but to note can only fit small cars.

Nothing much. If I had to nitpick, perhaps for new towels to be replaced when required instead of having to ask (though they delivered the towels almost immediately upon asking and it was already at night). and to be more generous with shower amenities.

A comfortable and happy stay a large in a great location.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English and Mandarin which is a real bonus for international travelers. The location is across the road from Dream Tower and easy access to good restaurants and shopping. The room size is large by hotel standard and the fittings are new. It’s good value for money. I left a personal item behind and the staff tried very hard to contact me. I am grateful for their help!

Great value hotel

Excellent value for money. Location next to Dream Tower / Hyatt. The hotel room was very good / huge bed / modern bathroom / with wet room bath and shower. Will definitely stay here next time in Jeju city.

Very helpfull staff with good facilities in a convenient location.

The staff was very friendly. The airconditioning did not seem to work in the room so they immediately checked this out and solved it. The location is good and doable. Close to the emart where you can buy your groceries and more and close to the bus station that can take you anywhere. The staff is very helpful, from advising you where to go to reserving a taxi and negotiating the price. Not all of them speak english but use the translation app to tell them what you want and they can help you regardless.

There was no breakfast option but since there is an emart and convenience store close by, this was not an issue.,

Good

The hotel is located at the town centre which is close to the emart and lotte Mart. Just take 10 mins taxi can reach the airport.

The room is dirty. Especially the floor wait dust and sands. The room is quite noisy and with some light pollution. (Room facing to the busy traffic road)
